Fia Care is a comprehensive primary care clinic offering on-demand chat, video, and home visits. Our services include physicals, chronic disease management, select lab tests, in-home visits, prescription renewals, specialist referrals and so much more. Our local, skilled clinicians work diligently to provide seamless, prompt access to high-quality care.

Fia Care has been shown to reduce the cost of care for employer groups that engage their employees. By eliminating copays and connecting employees with valuable resources, Fia Care helps reduce out-of-pocket expenses for employees and their employers. How to Join

1. UTL members can utilize personalized codes or member directed links to connect with UTL’s Fia Care representative. Through this partnership between Fia Care and UTL, members explore coverage options ranging from covering services entirely or creating a program that allows employees to individually enroll.
2. Fia Care then works with the employer to onboard, educate, and activate employees and their dependents to ensure that they have access to care.

Membership Options

1. The employer pays or ensures fee coverage at the significantly discounted starting rate of $15 per-employee-per-month to provide care to every employee and dependent.
2. Employer allows employees to sign up individually with or without dependents at an increased $49 per-member-per-month cost.
